Gunning - Cello Concerto (2016)
recorded Christopher Gunning's Cello Concerto with the Royal Philharmonic
Orchestra conducted by the composer in an album which also includes his Violin
Concerto and Birdflight. Christopher studied with Edmund Rubbra and
Richard Rodney Bennett and is most known for his television music to the ITV series
Agatha Christie's Poirot.

first in a series of recordings for Resonus Classics, this solo cello album features
concert works written by film composers. There are five world premiere recordings,
four of which are works written for Richard and this release.

Debut Disc for the EMI Classics "Debut" Series was recorded with Austrian pianist
Christoph Berner. The
disc presents Sonatas by Beethoven (A major) and Chopin, along with shorter works
by Glazunov, Rubinstein, Popper, and Offenbach.

a Bachpreisträger of the 2004 International Johann Sebastian Bach Compeition,
Leipzig, Richard took part in the prize winners concert at the Thomaskirche.
V - 'Vocalise' - Karl Jenkins (2003)
recorded the track "Aria" in 2003 for this EMI Classics release. The solo is with
the London Philharmonic Orchestra, the Adiemus Singers, and Terrance Barber.
