News archive : 2003 >Richard edits "Siward's River Song" for OUP

Richard recently completed editing Martin Butler's "Siward's River Song" for Oxford University Press.

The work was written for and first performed by Richard at London's South Bank Centre as part of the 2002 Park Lane Group Series. Since that successful premiere, Richard has performed the work throughout the UK and Austria.

Copies are available from mid-August 2003 solely from the OUP's Repertoire Promotion Department on, as with many contemporary works, a print-on-demand basis. However, the amount of interest in the piece will determine whether or not the edition will be stocked in major sheet music outlets - so get your copy now!

You can contact the Repertoire Promotion Department at:
70, Baker Street, London. W1V 7DN.
